ROBERTS 1550 MAXCOMPLETE Polyurethane Adhesive is manufactured for the installation of engineered wood, solid wood, parquet, and bamboo flooring. It is formulated to bond with APA/ PSI-95 rated plywood, hardwood, underlayment-grade oriented strand board (lightly sanded), primed gypsum-based subflooring, radiant-heated slabs, rubber sports flooring, and properly prepared ceramic tiles (existing flooring). It can be applied with a 1/4 in. Flat V-Notch trowel when moisture mitigation is NOT necessary and with a 1/4 in. x 3/16 in. Tiger Tooth trowel for moisture mitigation purposes. It has an open time and working time of up to 60 minutes, and a curing time of approximately 24 hours. It can be sanded after 18 hours. It covers up to 40 sq. ft. per gal. This adhesive has low odor, is LEED EQC 4.1 Compliant and VOC less than 15 g/L .
